Shipping

At Mamawear Co, we want to make your shopping experience as convenient and affordable as possible. We offer flat-rate shipping fees for orders within Canada and the United States, and free shipping for eligible orders within Canada. Please review our shipping policy below for more details.

For orders within Canada, we offer a flat rate of $9.99 CAD for shipping. However, for orders totaling $75 CAD or more (before taxes), shipping is always free within Canada.

Shipping Rates

For orders shipping to the United States, we offer a flat rate of $14.99 USD for shipping.

Shipping Method

We use reliable shipping carriers to ensure that your order reaches you in a timely and secure manner. The shipping method may vary depending on your location and the size/weight of your order.

Shipping Time

We strive to process and ship out your order as quickly as possible. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, but generally, you can expect your order to arrive within 3-7 business days within Canada and 5-10 business days to the United States.

Please note that shipping times may be affected by external factors such as weather conditions, holidays, and unforeseen delays that are beyond our control.

Order Eligibility for Free Shipping

Orders totaling $75 CAD or more (before taxes) within Canada are eligible for free shipping. The free shipping offer is automatically applied at checkout and does not require any coupon codes or additional steps.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within Canada and the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping outside of these countries.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track the status of your shipment and estimate its arrival time.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or additional charges incurred due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

At Mamawear Co, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our Returns and Exchanges Policy below.

Returns for Store Credit

You may request a return for store credit for eligible items within 15 days of the original purchase date, provided that the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached. To initiate a return, please email us at info@mamawearco.com or contact us through our website to request a return authorization. Please include your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return in your email or website inquiry.

Exchanges

We understand that sometimes you may need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style. You may request an exchange for eligible items within 15 days of the original purchase date, provided that the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached. To initiate an exchange, please email us at info@mamawearco.com or contact us through our website to request an exchange authorization. Please include your order number, item(s) you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange in your email or website inquiry.

Return and Exchange Process

Once your return or exchange request has been approved, we will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns and exchanges, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Upon receiving the returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they are in their original condition with all tags attached. If the returned item(s) meet our eligibility criteria, we will process the refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Please note that refunds will be issued in the form of store credit only. Exchanges will be processed for the same item(s) in a different size, color, or style, subject to availability. If the desired item is not available, we will issue a store credit.

Non-eligible Items: The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

Items that have been used, washed, or damaged
Items without tags attached
Items purchased more than 15 days ago
Final Sale Items

Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns or exchanges, and all sales are final.
